I DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT – MOM
I don’t know what you want, or what I can give you,
lying helpless, speechless, unreachable on your hospital bed,
I’m uncertain if you know me, Can you comprehend the words
I repeat and repeat?
I want what you want, I don’t know what you want,
If you want me to know you have to get the words.

Disregard
the unfamiliar sounds.
It’s the only way you can let us know what you want,
Tubes out, or in. One kind of death, or another.
